Please Note: In light of the recent pandemic, we encourage patients to follow Public Health and CDC guidelines and stay home if they or household members are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, malaise, and fatigue.
We encourage the use of face masks, frequent hand washing, and avoiding touching the face, eyes, and nose as the best measures to avoid catching a respiratory illness including COVID-19. Measures to keep your immune system strong, such as getting 8 hours of sleep, managing stress, eating a healthy diet, and drinking plenty of water can also help you stay healthy.

Our Services
Regardless of where your pain is or what condition we're treating you for, we practice a style of Acupuncture that uses mostly distal points on arms, legs, and head.
It's not necessary to needle into the area that hurts to help reduce the pain.
Acupuncture treatments should be simple, frequent, and regular - that is how they are most effective. Acupuncture has traditionally been done this way in Asia and is often practiced very inexpensively in a communal setting. Community Acupuncture is designed to remove the barrier of cost so that patients can receive good quality acupuncture, frequently enough to be the most beneficial. Treatments usually take about 50 minutes and most people report feeling very relaxed when they leave.
The most common things treated at C.A.S. are pain and mental stress, addressing how each manifests in your body. For example; insomnia, digestive disorders, headaches, shoulder tension, back pain, anxiety, depression, menstrual disorders, fatigue, weight gain, or poor mental focus. Different prices don't yield different treatments or expanded services, it's simply a way to allow people that are able and wanting to pay more to support our mission to do so.
We do not require and will never ask for proof of income.
*CAS does not verify insurance coverage or bill insurance for any of our services.
Payment is due at time of service.
If you would like to attempt a reimbursement for all or part of your treatment cost please request a special receipt, known as a superbill, at the time of your visit and submit this directly to your insurance company.
